All sites include water, sewer, 20/30/50 amp service, cable TV and WiFi. You’ll have a choice of gravel or concrete, pull-through or back-in, as well as a choice of views. A 10% discount is proudly offered for AAA, AARP, Good Sams Club, Military Personnel (Active & Veteran Status) and Law Enforcement & Emergency Responders (discounts are not valid on monthly rates).
